Introduction:
General Terms & User Account:
These terms apply to all users of the Retailvibes websites. We don’t sell any prepackaged commodities or goods. Retailvibes products are made for industrial, institutional, and business-grade packaging solutions.
All Retailvibes products are custom-built for B2B, bulk buying, or international purposes. Our packaging solutions are not designed for retail sale or individual consumers or end consumers.
All prices shown are in Indian rupees (Rs). All prices on sites are based on current cost, and Retailvibes does not provide any consumer product labeling other than what is shown on retailvibes.in. The packaging we provide is for safe transportation, bulk shipping, and material handling during delivery.
User Account:
When you use the service, you have the opportunity to create an account with us. You must provide us with information that is accurate, confidential, complete, and current at all times. If you register, we will ask for some information about yourself as part of the registration process in order to register an account.
Any activity or action to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may lead to an immediate cancellation of your account on our services account.
We also require a password to protect and secure your account. You yourself are responsible for the protection of your password. Whether your password is with our Retailvibes service or a third-party social media service, you are in charge of safeguarding it and any actions or activities that take place under it.
You promise not to share your password with any third party or with any social media account. You must contact us immediately at Care.retailvibes@outlook.com upon becoming aware of any violent action or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or one that is not lawfully available for use. Duplicate or misleading accounts may be suspended or removed permanently.
Intellectual Rights:
Retailvibes Website and its entire contents, features, services, and functionality (including all information, but not limited to:
- Software, product names, text
- logos, taglines, trademarks
- images, video, and audio
- packaging design, selection, packaging concept, dielines
- graphics/artwork, icons
- copywriting, product description
- box packaging representation, visual mockups, and 3D renders
and arrangement thereof) Trademark, trade secret, copyright, patent, design law, and other laws pertaining to intellectual property or proprietary rights shown or given are owned and controlled by the company, its licensors, or other parties providing such material.
These Terms of Service permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or copy any material from Retailvibes websites or create derivative works based on Retailvibes products or digital content.
When you access and view any content of Retailvibes, your computer may temporarily store the copies of such materials in your RAM.
You may store the files or images that your web browser may have cached automatically for display enhancement purposes.
A reasonable number of pages of websites can be downloaded or printed for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, marketing, or distribution.
If we offer a desktop, mobile, or other application for download, you are allowed to download a single copy to your PC or mobile device only. But for only personal usage, not for non-commercial use, provided you acknowledge you will be bound by our End User License Agreement for such applications third-party website or of any product or service provided by a third party.

Retailvibes , its parent company, branches, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, suppliers, and affiliates that provide information on this site shall not be responsible to any user of the site or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, serious, or extraordinary damages (including, but not only limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or database, or loss of use) resulting from the use or inability to use the site or any information contained therein or maintained by RETAILVIBES, whether based on a warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise.
International Use
We do not guarantee that information on this Retailvibes site is suitable or accessible outside the Asian region. Users who try to use this Retailvibes site from outside the Asian region do so on their own and are responsible for compliance with voluntary laws, if and to the extent voluntary laws are applicable.
Credit Card Payment
You must use your own credit card in a credit card transaction. Retailvibes will not be liable for credit card fraud. The user is liable for using a card fraudulently, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ is exclusively on the user.
User Submissions & Feedback
Any feedback, reviews, comments, text suggestions, ideas, graphics, inquiries, or other content you post on our website or submit to Retailvibes does not guarantee the content of the service’s users. You expressly understand and agree that by submitting, you agree that:
- Retailvibes has full rights to use, edit, publish, display, or distribute your submission for any purpose, including marketing, service improvement, or product development.
- Your submission will not be treated as confidential, and you waive any claim for compensation, ownership, or attribution.
- You confirm that your submission does not contain unlawful, offensive, or upsetting content.
- You agree not to submit any content that is intended to be disgusting, threatening, or objectionable.
- You remain fully responsible for the content you submit that does not include any commentary on religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or targeted group.
- Retailvibes takes strict action for installing a virus, worms, Trojan horses, or other content that intends to unauthorized access to or damage software.
By submitting any content, you permit Retailvibes to modify, edit, format, or change the content without needing further permission or licenses.
Retailvibes has the right to omit the content that causes any error, damage, or loss to the company as a result of use of your content.
Links to Third-Party Web Sites; No Implied Endorsements
This Site may contain links to other web sites on the Internet. You acknowledge that we have no control over such web sites and that we are not liable for the correctness, content, or any feature or any other aspect of any linked web site. In no circumstances shall any reference to any third party, third party website or third party product or service be construed as an approval or endorsement by us of that third party.
Risk of Loss
An external party carrier shipped the product under a shipment contract you buy from Retailvibes . As a result, when we deliver the product to the carrier, you become the owner and assume the risk of loss.
Inaccessibility of Site; Cancellation; Forgery
Retailvibes can change, suspend, or stop this site in whole or in part at any time and for any reason, without notice or expense. We can, at our sole discretion, stop or suspend your access to or use of all or part of the site or your membership or account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.
If we ever notify you that your access to and/or use of the site or your account is terminated, you are to immediately stop and refrain from all such access and/or use.
We can cancel the order, delay the order, stop shipping, or recall from the shipper any order where suspicion of fraud exists. If such Terms of Use or your membership or account is terminated, the intellectual property restrictions, the representations and warranties, indemnities, and liability limitations contained herein (and any other of your obligations which by their nature are meant to survive termination) shall survive termination.
Copyright Infringement
If you think that any content on this site violates your copyright, you can ask to have it taken down or removed. This request must be attached with an electronic signature of the copyright representative or an authorized holder and must:

Final Terms
Terms and conditions of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Retailvibes with regard to the Site and take all previous or current communications and proposals (whether vocal, written, or electronic) between you and Retailvibes with regard to the Site.
If any Element of these Terms of Use is held false or invalid, that portion shall be reconstructed in a manner accordance with current law order, as nearly as possible, the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The inaction of Retailvibes to act with response to a violation by you or others does not waive Retailvibes’s right to act with regard to future or similar violations.
Any rules or terms of these Terms of Use that Retailvibes does not execute or implement do not amount to a rejection of that right or provision. The headings of the sections in these Terms of Use are merely for convenience and have no bearing on the content of the agreement.
Without previous written consent,Retailvibes forbids selling of its products on other online e-commerce sites under various brand names.
